Having trouble logging in to nzica.com?
Due to a recent upgrade of this website which has strengthened its security, your NZICA password may no longer work.
If you encounter a "Your logon attempt has been unsuccessful" message, simply use the forgot your password tool to reset it. To do this you'll need to have your email address and Institute ID on hand.
Also note that your new password will be case sensitive.
If you continue to experience problems, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Centre and they'll reset your password over the phone or by email.
