Mentors

Mentors play a significant role in developing, monitoring and training our future members. Mentors not only verify that a candidate has gained the required practical experience for membership, they add value to a candidate by sharing their experience and knowledge. Mentoring benefits businesses by developing future leaders, retaining high performers and managing and retaining organisational knowledge.

Mentors must be experienced members of the accounting profession who possess the required knowledge, skills and professionalism to undertake a mentoring role.
